Job summary

The role leads strategic IT initiatives, including a major Workday ERP transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise technology, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across IT, academic, and administrative units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management and leadership in information technology and information security.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or international equivalent.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining complex budgets.
• Understanding of public higher education values and principles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience supervising technology personnel and coaching staff.
• Leadership in collaborative decision-making and cross-unit relationships.
• Experience with strategic planning and IT solutions in complex environments.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all IT services, infrastructure, software, and user services.
