Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our CIO Advisory team within the Operations Excellence practice. You will partner with CIOs and business leaders to deliver complex technology transformations, leading workstreams and establishing governance to ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with system integrators and cross-functional teams, develop data-driven recommendations, and mentor junior consultants to advance practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience leading complex technology transformation programs.
• Experience leading workstreams with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery partners.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives (ERP/CRM/HCM/ cloud).
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting workstreams within large-scale technology transformations.
• Design, launch, and operate Transformation Offices with governance and value realization.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to resolve dependencies and manage risks.
• Contribute to proposals, client pursuits, and solution development.
