Job summary

Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) within Gartner ETS is seeking a senior professional to manage CIO relationships in the Banking and Financial Services sector. You will leverage C‑Suite experience to craft service solutions for clients, define tailored service plans, and lead a mix of on-site and virtual briefings including workshops and roundtables.

You will collaborate with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewal, drawing on extensive CXO-level sales experience and a deep IT

Qualifications

Consulting or CxO–level leadership with extensive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, etc.).
Experience from Life science industries including new drug development, R&D, and commercialization is ideal.
Proven track record leading large, end-to-end transformative programs.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 28+ CIO relationships with a focus on Banking & Financial Services.
Leverage former C‑Suite Executive experience to create service solutions for clients using ExP products.
Define and deliver customized service plans by assessing member priorities (MCPs).
Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant.
Collaborate with Gartner Sales to ensure member engagement and renewals.
