Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns for its CIO Advisory Practice in the United States. You will assist CIOs and technology leaders in aligning technology with business priorities, performing quantitative analyses, and developing value-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reside within 50 miles of an assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (travel expenses covered).
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and West Monroe teams to understand business priorities and operating models through interviews, documentation review, data analysis, and workshops.
• Capture and synthesize discussions, identifying findings, implications, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements to support assessments, recommendations, and future-state designs.
• Assess technology capabilities and opportunities to identify gaps and value.
• Define KPIs and value measures, including data sources and calculations.
• Develop analytical frameworks and quantitative analyses by defining data requirements and evaluating costs, benefits, risks, and scenarios.
• Communicate analysis through storyboards and deliverables; translate insights into action.
