The role blends business acumen with technical problem-solving; you will work with SQL, Python, PySpark, and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI in a hybrid environment near San Francisco. We value collaboration, communication, and curiosity about AI.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willing to travel up to 50%, travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and evaluating outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives and team members to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Work with project teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Initiate and complete project tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client processes and requirements.
• Develop and test hypotheses using data science methodologies.
• Assist in creating business cases and recommendations.
