Job summary

Two Cookies in New York is seeking an experienced baker or pastry chef to join our team and focus on producing high-quality cinnamon rolls. The ideal candidate has strong experience with enriched yeast doughs such as cinnamon rolls, brioche, babka, sticky buns, doughnuts, or similar products, and understands mixing, fermentation, rolling, shaping, proofing, and baking.

Qualifications

• Experience with enriched yeast doughs such as cinnamon rolls, brioche, babka or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot dough texture, temperature, proofing, and bake quality.
• Follow precise recipes and maintain batch-to-batch consistency.
• Professional bakery or pastry experience strongly preferred.
