Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to a recipe.
• Operate mixing equipment, scales, and meters.
• Bake dough and lamination for Cornetti (croissant) items.
• Decorate cookies with icings and toppings.
• Keep station clean and organized; manage orders.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
