Job summary

This role requires reading and measuring ingredients, operating scales, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness while standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 lbs (50 lbs with assistance). Evening shifts and overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• Reading recipes, following instructions, and measuring ingredients.
• Willingness to work in warm bakery conditions and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18+ to work evening shifts and in hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Bake delicious sweet goods including cinnamon rolls, cookies, cupcakes, and pastries.
• Follow recipes and baking instructions with precision for consistent quality.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and food safety.
• Retrieve and handle ingredients from storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry storage).
