Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in Irvine, CA, seeks an Associate Producer for Cinematics to coordinate with Production staff, manage schedules, and support budget tracking in a hybrid role starting February 2027.

The position involves creating contract requests, processing invoices, onboarding vendors, and refining the audio pipeline while collaborating with internal and external teams across Blizzard's AAA franchises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AAA titles or cinematic production equivalents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with Production staff and external teams to maintain project timelines.
• Create contract requests, process invoices, track spend, and onboard vendors.
• Refine the cinematic audio pipeline to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify risks and blockers; communicate status to Senior Producer/Director as needed.
• Maintain and organize digital archives of cinematic audio assets.
• Assist in scheduling sound designers, rerecording mixers, engineers, and vendors.
• Additional duties as assigned.
