Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Associate Producer for Cinematics to coordinate with Production staff, maintain schedules, and track budgets across the audio pipeline.

You will create contract requests, process invoices, and assist with spend tracking while collaborating with internal and external teams. This is a 12-month temp, with a hybrid on-site and remote work arrangement anticipated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ product development experience on AAA titles or cinematic production equivalents.
• Experience coordinating with production staff and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production staff and audio teams to maintain project schedules.
• Create contract requests, process invoices, assist with spend tracking and vendor onboarding.
• Help refine the cinematic audio pipeline to improve efficiency and quality.
• Identify risks or blockers and communicate status to Senior Producer or Cinematic Audio Director.
• Maintain and organize digital archives of cinematic audio assets.
• Assist in scheduling of sound designers, rerecording mixers, engineering, and external vendors.
