Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is seeking an organized Associate Producer to support music and scoring production across its franchises.

The role collaborates with the Senior Music Producer to manage schedules, deliverables, and the overall music pipeline, coordinating with composers, studios, and contractors. The position is hybrid with some on-site work in Irvine, CA and some remote work options, lasting for 12 months from late January/early February 2027.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in AAA game development or equivalent music production environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Music Producer in maintaining music production schedules across all franchises.
• Coordinate and track contract requests, budgets, and expenditures.
• Assist with music pre-production, planning, and logistical needs.
• Maintain organized archives of all music-related assets and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and supporting recording sessions, including booking musicians, studios, engineers, and other personnel.
• Communicate production status and updates to the Senior Music Producer and Music Director.
• Attend recording sessions to assist the Senior Music Producer, Music Director, and composers.
• Manage ASCAP/BMI registrations and maintain music rights databases.
