Job summary

As a craft expert and mentor, you will oversee direction, development, staffing, and collaboration with cinematic directors to translate notes into actionable milestones across Blizzard IPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing a creative team of artists.
• Experience in TV or feature animation; film and gaming a plus.
• A degree in Film, Animation, or Fine Arts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all artistic and technical aspects of a storyboard department in a fast-paced production environment.
• Oversee mentoring and growth of storyboard artists with short- and long-term planning for career development.
• Collaborate with cinematic directors and stakeholders to ensure notes are carried out effectively throughout the animatic process.
• Hire and onboard new artists based on studio needs and plan resource allocation.
