Job summary

The role offers hybrid work with on-site and remote elements, starting late January or early February 2027, and requires at least 1 year in AAA game development or equivalent music production experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in AAA game development or equivalent music production environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Music Producer in maintaining music production schedules across franchises.
• Coordinate and track contract requests, budgets, and expenditures.
• Assist with music pre-production, planning, and logistical needs.
• Maintain organized archives of all music-related assets and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and supporting recording sessions, including booking musicians, studios, engineers, and personnel.
• Communicate production status to the Senior Music Producer and Music Director.
• Attend recording sessions to assist the Senior Music Producer, Music Director, and composers.
• Manage ASCAP/BMI registrations and maintain music rights databases.
• Perform additional tasks to support the department.
