Liberty University, Inc. is seeking a part-time Work Study student in the Cinematic Arts Department to assist with maintaining and organizing the equipment facility. You will help with checkout processes, barcode tracking, and inspections when equipment returns.
Responsibilities include inventorying, cleaning the facility, and supporting software/firmware updates as needed, using Microsoft Office and Google Forms for tracking tasks.
The Work Study position in the Cinematic Arts Department supports the processes of our equipment facility, which our students use for film projects. The student hired in this position will assist with equipment maintenance—cleaning, organizing, inventorying—as well as equipment checkout—barcoding, assessment, etc. Some tasks involve computer-based functions. Cleaning and organization of the facility will be needed regularly. Miscellaneous tasks may be assigned as necessary for the completion of team projects.
Part time. Pay Rate Starting at $12.77. Student employees are paid at least the current Virginia minimum wage per hour. Pay may vary by position and department based on job responsibilities, required skills, available funding, and market conditions.
