Job summary

Deluxe Media is seeking a Domestic Support Technician to respond to exhibitor and studio inquiries with professionalism and speed. The role requires troubleshooting, documentation, and timely escalation per SLAs to ensure uninterrupted content delivery.

Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills, along with familiarity with cinema operations and basic networking. Shift flexibility is required to support peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a degree or above preferred. Two years of related experience would be considered.
• Experience using standard MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization and customers.
• Basic computer networking skills and familiarity with cinema environment are a must.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally and timely to requests from exhibitor clients and studios.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate per studio guidelines and SLAs.
• Answer inbound calls and emails; perform outbound follow-ups as needed.
• Update and report issues via service tickets and emails with precise documentation.
• Create KDMs per studio guidelines for play of digital features.
• Generate reports from systems for management review.
• Provide feedback to management for process improvements.
