Job summary

Regal is seeking an IT Cinema Tier 2 Support Technician I in Dallas to support cinema technology and lead IT aspects of openings, remodels, and upgrades. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, coordinate with vendors, and ensure systems run smoothly across theatres.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, monitor performance, and drive improvements in IT operations. This role is hybrid, based in Dallas, with opportunities to engage in project work across
