Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for Cinemark University Mall in Orem, UT. The role supports theatre operations, trains staff, and ensures adherence to policies while delivering excellent guest services.

You’ll be cross-trained across departments and can advance toward Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and meeting experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by state law).
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures guest service is senior-level and consistent across departments.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness standards and enforces policy compliance.
• Addresses safety, security and daily maintenance needs promptly.
