Job summary

Envision Unlimited in Illinois is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee grant/program operations, recruit and enroll participants, plan respite activities, supervise staff, and ensure health, safety, and compliance across all CILA homes.

You will manage budgets, monitor time and attendance, coordinate OJT and certifications, respond to emergencies, and maintain documentation in Quantum. Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Three years direct work in Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities CILA home.
• Must have supervisory experience and DSP training.
• Must be able to pass the TABE test and maintain authorization to pass medications.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant/program operations including recruitment, enrollment, planning/implementation of respite activities, and administrative support.
• Hire and supervise staff, monitor hours, manage overtime.
• Provide on-site supervision at CILA homes and ensure staff complete required trainings, including CPR/first-aid and medication administration.
• Maintain budgets for homes, monitor health and safety practices, and ensure infection control and COVID protocols.
