Job summary

Reliance Home Health Caregivers seeks a Part-time, in-person Care Supervisor to support adults with developmental disabilities across three CILA homes. You will supervise DSPs, coordinate care plans, and ensure residents' charts are updated, appointments scheduled, and supplies stocked.

The role requires a BA in Social Work or related field, two years of relevant experience, supervisory experience preferred, and familiarity with HIPAA. CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities; one-year supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Group Home Workers and oversee daily living activities for residents.
• Coordinate care plans, staff trainings and behavior plans.
• Maintain required records and communicate with guardians and agencies.
