Job summary

Macon Resources, Inc. in Decatur, IL seeks an Intermittent CILA Manager/QIDP to lead case management, supervise staff, and train individuals served within the Intermittent CILA program.

You will implement the Person Centered Plan and coordinate interdisciplinary care to support independence and community inclusion. You will work under the Vice President of Clinical Services, ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation, and drive ongoing staff development and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; must meet QIDP requirements.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with the developmentally disabled and mental illness.
• Ability to maintain payroll, financial, personnel, and information as confidential.
• Illinois Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have or obtain MRI training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs the PCP implementation and monitors monthly objectives.
• Provides training to staff in activities of daily living and community integration.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation, licensure, and safety standards.
• Maintains PCP documentation and data in case records.
• Oversees department operations and staff scheduling.
• Coordinates referrals and transportation as needed.
• Completes continuing education and MRI training requirements.
