Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Waynesboro, VA is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead all CIDO activities at the BRAMC site. This on-site role partners with operations and engineering to define the digital vision and deliver digital manufacturing solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to translate SME options into a prioritized roadmap, manage budgets, and drive data‑driven improvements while coordinating across IT disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s or higher with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Eligible for SAP/SAR clearance as a condition of employment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Co‑own key manufacturing KPIs (cycle time, yield, throughput, OEE) with BRAMC operations leadership.
• Align CIDO capabilities with business goals and communicate value and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Translate options from CIDO SMEs into a prioritized execution roadmap for BRAMC.
• Provide thought leadership for digital manufacturing and data‑driven operations.
• Coordinate infrastructure support for classified office and manufacturing areas.
• Represent BRAMC with CIDO for ERP/MES/MPLM adoption and sustainment.
• Ensure responsive day‑to‑day information services support.
• Collaborate across CIDO service lines and business stakeholders to allocate resources.
