Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (minimum). Must be maintained as a condition of employment.
• Experience leading digital manufacturing and IT/OT initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own digital manufacturing and IT/OT architecture decisions for Mission Systems Operations.
• Lead AI and analytics initiatives across Operations, integrating with ERP/PLM/MES.
• Collaborate with sector leadership to drive adoption of standardized digital capabilities and measure value.
