Northrop Grumman’s Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead all CIDO activities at the Blue Ridge Advanced Manufacturing Center (BRAMC) located in Waynesboro VA. This role is located in Waynesboro, VA and requires full-time on-site presence - telecommuting is not an option. BRAMC is a new facility that will soon begin initial manufacturing operations. In this position, you will serve as the Digital Manufacturing & IT Leader for BRAMC, connecting CIDO with all levels of BRAMC leadership to ensure information services and digital solutions directly support business objectives. You will serve on the BRAMC site leadership team, partnering with operations and engineering to define the digital vision, prioritize initiatives, and co-own key manufacturing outcomes. This includes strategy development, budget and cost management, and delivering digital manufacturing and digital engineering solutions that enable automation, data-driven decisions, and performance improvement.
The ideal candidate is a thought leader and a strategic decision-maker and collaborator who can validate options from subject matter experts, select the best path within enterprise guardrails, and drive execution to measurable business outcomes. This role reports to the CIDO Manager of Digital Manufacturing Solutions. While this role has no direct reports, you will lead a matrixed team across IT disciplines and CIDO service lines.

Primary Level Salary Range: $152,900.00 - $229,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
