Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD seeks an accomplished Information Technology Manager (M3) to lead the CIDO Engineering Digital Solutions organization across four domains. You will partner with E&S leadership to define digital vision, set priorities, and co-own engineering outcomes that shorten design cycles, improve on-time release, and reduce rework.

Expected to drive multi-year roadmaps for tools, data, and AI capabilities, while aligning with enterprise guidelines and ensuring secure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum years of relevant experience in IT/Engineering operations.
• Applicants must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum).
• The role requires management of digital, data, and AI strategies across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization design and talent strategy for the team.
• Co-own key engineering outcomes with E&S leadership.
• Lead the sector’s product development digital thread implementation.
• Architect and manage the sector’s engineering data integration architecture.
• Define and drive adoption of standard digital capabilities across Engineering.
• Own and execute the engineering tools and data ecosystem roadmap.
• Lead AI and agentic capabilities across the engineering lifecycle.
