Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead BRAMC’s digital manufacturing and IT/OT architecture on-site in Waynesboro, VA. You will connect CIDO with BRAMC leadership, shaping digital strategies to enable automation, data-driven decisions, and manufacturing performance improvements.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive initiatives within enterprise guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Applicant must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) or be enrolled in CEP; required clearance must be maintained.
• Selected candidate must obtain and maintain a Special Access Program clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own BRAMC’s digital manufacturing and IT/OT architecture decisions within enterprise standards and validate SME recommendations.
• Enable advanced manufacturing, including robotics, automation, and IoT, supporting classified manufacturing and test.
• Lead a matrixed team of IT, OT, and engineering SMEs to implement BRAMC’s digital manufacturing ecosystem from development to full-scale production.
• Co-own manufacturing KPIs with BRAMC operations leadership and translate digital initiatives into measurable improvements.
• Align CIDO capabilities with business goals and articulate value and impacts to stakeholders.
• Translate options from CIDO SMEs into a prioritized execution roadmap and drive delivery.
• Provide strategic planning for digital manufacturing, execution systems, and data-driven operations.
• Coordinate infrastructure support for classified areas and represent BRAMC with CIDO for ERP/MES/MPLM pillar systems.
• Ensure responsive day-to-day information services support and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate across service lines to meet mission priorities.
