Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Information Technology Manager (M3) to lead the CIDO Engineering Digital Solutions organization in support of Mission Systems Engineering & Sciences. The role requires relocating to Linthicum, MD and full-time on-site presence at the Linthicum campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant IT/Engineering experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or enrolled in CEP).
• Experience leading multi-site engineering and digital solutions programs.
• Strong communication and leadership across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CIDO Engineering Digital Solutions organization (≈60 professionals across four domains).
• Define the digital vision, set priorities, and co-own key engineering outcomes.
• Architect and manage the sector’s engineering data integration architecture.
• Own and execute multi-year roadmaps for engineering tools and data platforms.
• Lead AI and agentic capabilities across the engineering lifecycle.
