Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Information Technology Manager (M3) to lead the Mission Systems CIDO Operations Digital Solutions organization, overseeing digital manufacturing, IT/OT architecture, data platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

Located on-site in Linthicum, MD, the role leads ~40 professionals across a matrixed organization and interfaces with manufacturing, GSC, QMA, and site leadership to advance the factory of the future.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (CEP acceptable)
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's with 8+ years in IT/Manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead strategic digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple sites
• Experience managing portfolios, budgets, and schedules with accountability for delivery
• Strong communication skills from shop floor to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing outcomes with Operations leadership, linking digital/AI initiatives to KPIs
• Provide strategic planning for digital manufacturing, data platforms, and AI/analytics
• Align CIDO capabilities with Operations goals and articulate value and risks
• Translate options into a clear, prioritized execution roadmap and drive delivery
• Collaborate across teams to allocate resources and manage dependencies
• Improve speed, cost-effectiveness, and accountability of digital solution delivery
