Cummins Inc. is seeking an IAM Product Owner to define the vision, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise CIAM initiatives.

You will partner with business, product, engineering, and security teams to align CIAM capabilities with digital strategy, customer experience goals, and regulatory requirements. You will lead requirements analysis, translate them into actionable specifications, and drive secure, scalable identity experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• CIAM concepts, technologies, and best practices; able to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing and operating CIAM service capabilities in large organizations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
• Lead CIAM program strategy, design, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Plan CIAM processes including user registration, authentication, consent, and session management.
• Oversee CIAM operations, incident response, and security governance.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to embed CIAM standards in architecture.
