Cummins Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Engineer to lead strategy, architecture, and engineering of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and broader Identity & Access Management (IAM) across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role acts as the technical authority for secure, compliant identity solutions, partnering cross-functionally to embed identity controls into enterprise systems and DevSecOps practices.

Formación

• College or university degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CISSP or similar certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of cybersecurity work experience; 2 years cloud experience preferred.
• Experience building and implementing IAM and IGA solutions with leading products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, architecture, and engineering of enterprise IAM/IGA capabilities.
• Design and implement IGA processes: access reviews, compliance reporting, RBAC.
• Integrate IAM across in-house, third-party, and SaaS applications.
• Develop IAM solutions end-to-end and document designs for operations.
• Translate requirements into detailed technical designs and lead sessions.
• Document ongoing IAM systems operations and issue resolution.
