Job summary

Cencora seeks a CIAM Engineer to configure, support, and optimize customer identity and access management platforms that enable secure authentication across digital experiences.

You will implement SSO, MFA, and identity workflows, integrate with leading CIAM providers, monitor security events, and collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure reliable user access and strong protection of customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2+ years in IAM/CIAM, cloud or hybrid environments.
• Experience with Okta/Auth0/Ping/ForgeRock or similar.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms for secure authentication and authorization.
• Support registration, account recovery, profile and consent management across digital channels.
• Implement SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and federated identity services.
• Develop integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
• Analyze logs and security events to troubleshoot access issues and outages.
• Design API-based integrations with centralized identity services.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks for CIAM services.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate secure customer identity solutions.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and release validation for CIAM platforms.
• Support security assessments, audits, and compliance activities.
• Contribute to automation, provisioning, and monitoring improvements.
