Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Systems Analyst to optimize warehouse performance through process analysis and system support. You will build dashboards, analyze metrics, and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role includes working with Blue Yonder WMS, ERP data, and operational reporting, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, information systems, operations management, data analytics, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred and project management coursework helpful.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System desired.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel required.
• Experience in retail or grocery distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Operations.
• Analyze workflows to identify safety, productivity, quality, and service opportunities.
• Develop process maps, standard work, and operational docs.
• Perform root cause analysis and measure improvement results.
• Maintain system documentation and assist with UAT and system changes.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for executives.
• Support cross-functional warehouse projects from planning through implementation.
• Create training materials and SOPs.
