Learning Resources Ltd in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead warehouse systems, analytics, and automation initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams with IT, engineering, and operations to ensure scalable, data-driven improvements across fulfillment, labor productivity, system performance, and cost.

The role focuses on go-live of a 700k sq ft automated DC, developing KPI dashboards, and establishing governance with vendors and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, SCM, Operations, Business, Logistics or Information Systems.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution operations and implementations with systems and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (D365 preferred) and warehouse technologies (WES/WCS).
• Proven ability to build KPI frameworks and dashboards; PowerBI experience preferred.
