Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Systems Analyst to optimize warehouse performance through process analysis and system support. You will build dashboards, analyze metrics, and coordinate cross-functional projects in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role includes working with Blue Yonder WMS, ERP data, and operational reporting, with opportunities for professional development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, information systems, operations management, data analytics, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred and project management coursework helpful.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System desired.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel required.
• Experience in retail or grocery distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Continuous Improvement & Systems Analyst supports Cumberland Farms' Warehouse Operations organization by providing analytical, technical, and project support for continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse systems, and operational reporting. Working under the direction of the Senior Continuous Improvement & Systems Manager, this position helps optimize warehouse performance through process analysis, Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System support, KPI development, and cross-functional project coordination.

Here are some of the tasks you will complete:

Continuous Improvement

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across all Warehouse Operations departments.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for improved safety, productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain process maps, standard work, and operational documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and measure results of implemented improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout Warehouse Operations.

Blue Yonder & Systems

• Support administration and optimization of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and upgrades.
• Document business requirements and maintain system documentation.
• Troubleshoot operational system issues with Information Technology.
• Support warehouse users during system implementations and process changes.

Operational Analytics

• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Analyze productivity, labor, inventory, replenishment, and customer service metrics.
• Provide executive reporting and operational insights.
• Support forecasting and operational planning through data analysis.

Projects & Store Support

• Support cross-functional warehouse projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project documentation, timelines, and status reporting.
• Assist the Store Support function by investigating operational issues and recommending solutions.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Control, Transportation, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, and HR.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Create operational training materials and job aids.
• Support leadership onboarding and documentation updates following process changes.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Scheduling:

This is a full-time exempt position supporting Warehouse Operations. Flexibility to support multiple shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours may be required based on operational priorities and project schedules.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in office and warehouse environments, including ambient, cooler, and freezer areas. Frequent walking throughout the facility and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
