Eaton's PCD Power Components Division is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Horseheads, NY site. The role defines the strategic direction for operational excellence and deploys Lean and Eaton Business System tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

The ideal candidate will coach leaders and teams on Lean principles, build CI capability at all levels, and drive performance with measurable results while ensuring compliance with MESH and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Lean and leading changes with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Value Stream, 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen techniques, visual shop floor concepts and other lean tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive strategic direction for operational excellence at the site.
• Deploy Lean and Eaton Business System tools to improve performance and culture.
• Coach leadership, engineers, and supervisors on Lean principles.
• Establish CI metrics and dashboards; lead CI Council and assessments.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to improve processes and throughput.
