Job summary

Eaton’s Power Delivery & Regulation Division (PDRD) is seeking a Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence Manager to drive the CI strategy across multiple sites within the division. You will translate business strategy into value stream roadmaps, deploy ECIS and ELSS, and partner with site leaders to embed daily problem solving and sustainable margin expansion.

You will lead standardization of processes, coaching leaders, and building capability to meet annual productivity and cost-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma programs
• Travel required up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the divisional CI strategy aligned with EBS Pull and ECIS across plants and value streams.
• Deploy a standardized operating system to drive CI execution, sustainment, and accountability.
• Lead and standardize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) across plants to reduce non-value-added work and improve delivery.
• Build and execute Model Plant roadmaps with Plant Managers and site CI leaders.
• Own divisional CI results by managing a productivity and cost-out pipeline with annual targets and five-year plan progress.
• Coach Plant Managers and leadership teams in CI fundamentals such as A3 problem solving and daily accountability.
• Mentor CI leaders to integrate ELSS tools including Kaizen/RIE and Lean Six Sigma discipline.
• Ensure completion of annual self-assessments and formal assessments, translate gaps into site plans, track closures.
• Develop organizational capability and talent pipeline for CI roles and CI instructors.
• Represent PDRD in corporate CI initiatives and transfer best practices across sites.
