Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of customer relationships in project engineering.
• Curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking for problem solving.
• Facilitates open communication and teamwork to resolve equipment/process issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects (financial, schedule, implementation) simultaneously.
• Agility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Demonstrated technical capability and ability to troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with statistics, data analysis, simulation, and industrial engineering principles is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD for presentations and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and develop/implement improvements to optimize operations.
• Support day-to-day continuous improvement initiatives to drive zero-loss culture.
• Collaborate with plant operations/engineering to develop annual CAPEX plans.
• Provide updates to management and external stakeholders on capital projects.
• Supervise contractors and vendors ensuring safety and quality during installations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to company values.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
