Winland Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor. You will coach teams, implement CI tools, and apply root-cause analysis to reduce performance gaps across lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, CI/Training background, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel/Power BI data skills. You will manage staffing, training matrices, and ensure GMP/5S compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Strong CI/training background.
• Proficiency with SAP; experience preferred.
• Excellent data analysis using Excel; Power BI experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate daily start up and changeover processes using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel including training and temporary staff.
• Maintain records for reprocess and downtime worksheets.
• Verify production numbers and update daily reports.
• Implement corrective actions and CI improvements.
• Ensure GMP/5S guidelines and safety objectives.
• Develop training materials and one-point lessons.
