Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. in Fair Lawn, NJ seeks aProduction Supervisor to lead safety, quality and productivity initiatives on the production floor. You will coach teams, implement CI tools, and drive standard processes while managing shift coverage and training requirements.

You will help ensure performance against Quality, Service and Cost objectives and work to embed a culture of continuous improvement with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• Strong CI/Training background is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis (Excel/Power BI).
• Effective written and verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to lead production employees and coordinate with management.
• Ability to draft reports and publish training material.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily start-up, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.
• Schedule personnel including training, callouts, and temporary staff.
• Maintain records for reprocess and verify downtime data.
• Update daily production reports and production checklists.
• Coordinate with QA on holds and implement corrective actions.
• Manage GMP/5S compliance and drive continuous improvements.
