• Support the execution of yearly CI activities plan and ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in Gemba walks, perform weekly improvement activities, and provide suggestions to the Kaizen team.
• Participate in CI workshops (e.g., Kaizen, VSM) and support process improvement.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis tools.
• Perform daily improvement activities with area owners.
• Design line balancing for process improvement.
• Drive new ideas for improvement with all area owners.
