The role requires 8+ years of experience, plus lean and Six Sigma expertise, with a strong track record in CI deployment, coaching, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma Black Belts.
• Experience in CI deployment and change management.
• Operations experience essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and promote a principle-based CI culture across the site and function.
• Ensure CI supports the flow of value to customers, internal and external.
• Co-lead the CI Committee and align resources to strategy deployment plans.
• Lead gemba visits with leadership to coach and communicate CI vision.
• Mentor CI team and collaborate with regional and corporate CI teams.
