• Ensure CI supports the flow of value to customers, internal and external.
• Co-lead the CI Committee and align resources to strategy deployment plans.
• Lead gemba visits with leadership to coach and communicate CI vision.
• Mentor CI team and collaborate with regional and corporate CI teams.
