Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Yearly CI activities plan and ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in Gemba activities, perform weekly Improvement Activities, and provide suggestions to the Kaizen team.
• Participate in CI workshops (Internal Kaizen Workshop and VSM).
• Perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform Daily Improvement Activity with area owner.
• Design Line Balancing for process improvement.
• Drive new ideas for improvement solutions with area owners.
• Awareness of CI and practical use of PCs and Windows applications.
• Knowledge of production operations and operator responsibilities.
