Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Yearly CI activities plan and ensure that project goals are met.
• Participate in Gemba activities, perform weekly Improvement Activities, and provide suggestions to the Kaizen team.
• Participate in CI workshops (e.g., Kaizen, VSM) for process improvement.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform Daily Improvement Activity with area owner.
• Design Line Balancing for process improvement.
• Drive new ideas for improvement with all area owners.
• Maintain CI awareness and leverage PC tools as needed.
