Responsibilities

• Contribute to and support the execution of the yearly CI activities plan and ensure project goals are met.
• Participate in Gemba activities, perform weekly improvement activities, and provide suggestions to the Kaizen team.
• Lead or participate in CI workshops (external/internal Kaizen, VSM).
• Support delivery of performance results that contribute to site and corporate performance.
• Perform Daily Improvement Activity with area owner.
• Support and lead Line Balancing for process improvement.
• Identify best practices for deployment to other departments.
