Job summary

Indian Rocks Church is seeking an Information Technology Technician to provide hands-on technology support for church and school staff. The role covers device management, accounts, networks, and both on-premises and cloud services across multiple locations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred, or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years IT support experience, ideally in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor church and school network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and support on-premises servers, PCs, ChromeOS, Mac devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, identity and access, device enrollment, and application deployment across Entra ID, Intune, M365, Azure, Google Workspace, Hexnode, and Apple School Manager.
• Apply OS and software updates; support endpoint security and backups; maintain reliability between on-premises systems and cloud services.
• Set up technology for church services and school events, including audiovisual equipment.
• Provide timely technical support to staff, faculty, ministry teams, and volunteers; document issues and resolutions.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and perform on-site travel for multi-location support.
