Job summary

The Church is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic initiatives in partnership with the Lead Pastor. This senior role aligns people, resources, and practices to the church's mission of making disciples and multiplying churches.

You will supervise staff and volunteers, manage finances and facilities, and drive organizational health with a Christ-centered culture and strong governance practices.

Qualifications
