Job summary

Kingwood Methodist Church, located just north of Houston, Texas, seeks an Executive Director to serve as the church's chief operating executive for all non-pastoral operations. You will translate ministry vision into organizational execution, ensuring administrative, financial, accounting and operational functions support the mission with excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CPA preferred.
• Experience leading multiple operational functions in a complex org.
• Proven track record in budgeting, planning, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all non-pastoral operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Direct HR, facilities, IT, and risk management functions.
• Ensure compliance, policy development, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Senior Pastor and ministry leadership.
