Norman Williams & Associates, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic initiatives of the church, aligning resources with its mission.
The role reports to the Lead Pastor, leads staff, manages finances, facilities, and communications, and ensures governance and spiritual growth within a collaborative, Christ-centered environment.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic initiatives of the church. This individual works closely with the Lead Pastor and church leadership to ensure effective implementation of the church’s mission and vision. The Executive Director provides leadership to align the people, resources, and practices of the church to the task of making disciples and multiplying churches. This is a high-level leadership role that ensures the organizational health and operational excellence of the church body.
Promotes clear and effective communication among staff, volunteers, and the congregation. Ensures seamless communication and alignment between church leadership and day-to-day operations.
Supports other ministry initiatives and performs additional duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor or church leadership.
Demonstrates a vibrant and growing Christian faith, marked by integrity, humility, and transparency. Models a servant’s heart and a commitment to spiritual maturity. Thrives in a collaborative, team-based ministry setting that values hospitality, accountability, and spiritual growth.
Must be a member of, or eligible and intending to join, the church and affirm its leadership requirements and doctrinal standards.
This role includes a combination of office-based work and relational ministry. The schedule will regularly require early mornings, evenings, and weekends. As a full-time, exempt position, hours may vary depending on ministry needs, and flexibility and availability are essential.
