Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, or business development—preferably in ministry/nonprofit.
• Proven experience managing multi-entity organizations and diverse revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to scale teams, implement infrastructure, and lead through change.
• Excellent financial literacy, strategic insight, and organizational development skills.
• Skilled in facilitating large-scale, multi-faceted negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive team to align operational and financial strategies with Passion’s vision.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, legal obligations, and donor reporting.
• Manage HR, IT, facilities, finance, and real estate across locations and entities.
• Negotiate contracts, manage risk, and ensure compliance with nonprofit standards.
• Build scalable systems and foster a culture of excellence and faithful stewardship.
