Norman Williams & Associates, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, administration, and strategic initiatives of the church, aligning resources with its mission.

The role reports to the Lead Pastor, leads staff, manages finances, facilities, and communications, and ensures governance and spiritual growth within a collaborative, Christ-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, develops, and supports administrative and ministry staff to foster a Christ-centered, collaborative work environment.
• Partners with the Lead Pastor and church leadership to align staff roles with the church’s mission and vision.
• Oversees HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff care.
• Equips ministry leaders and volunteers with guidance and administrative support.
• Oversees church budgeting, reporting, stewardship, and resource allocation.
• Manages facilities, equipment, and technology in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and evaluates operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
• Oversees internal and external communications across digital platforms and print materials.
• Continuously improves administrative systems and processes to boost ministry effectiveness.
• Lead staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, and track strategic initiatives.
• Oversee annual budgeting, planning, and year-end financial reporting.
