Job summary

Northwest Chapel in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the church's business and financial operations in partnership with the lead pastor and elders.

You will hire and develop staff, translate the church vision into actionable goals, manage the annual budget and payroll, and supervise facilities, IT, and communications to support the ministry.

This is a full‑time role requiring integrity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership & Management: Hire, train, develop, and oversee staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Strategic Planning & Vision Execution: Translate church vision into actionable ministry goals and measurable objectives; monitor strategic plans.
• Financial Stewardship: Lead development of and manage the annual church budget; oversee payroll and financial reporting.
• Operational & Facilities Oversight: Manage IT, internal communications, and facilities, including policies and building programs.
